How does purchasing work in Orixya?
Create a purchase order for a supplier and a destination warehouse, then receive it by reading the delivered items with a handheld or at a fixed reader. Orixya checks what arrived against what was ordered, adds the items to stock and drafts the supplier invoice. Short deliveries can be closed without waiting for the rest.

How are sales orders fulfilled?
A sales order lists the items a customer ordered. Staff dispatch it by reading the tagged items, and Orixya tracks fulfillment per line, so a wrong size or color is caught before it ships. Confirming the order creates the invoice automatically, and payments and receipts can be recorded against it.
What does the Orixya CRM include?
The CRM stores leads, customers, contacts and companies, with activities such as calls, emails, meetings and notes. Quotes and offers can be sent to prospects, and a lead can be converted into a customer when they buy, keeping their history in one record.
Which dashboards does Orixya provide?
Orixya includes a finance dashboard, an inventory and orders dashboard and a CRM dashboard. Each supports time ranges such as this month, last month or the last three, six or twelve months, and exports to CSV or PDF.
Can I sell online from the same stock?
Yes. Orixya can power a webstore that sells from the same stock as your shops, so an item sold in store is no longer offered online. Markdown campaigns apply to the webstore and the POS at the same time.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to create invoices for orders by hand?
No. Confirming a sales order creates its invoice, and receiving a purchase order drafts the supplier invoice.
We already use an ERP for orders. Do we need this?
No. Keep your ERP and use the RFID integration route: Orixya reads your orders and sends RFID receiving and dispatch events back.
Does Orixya notify me when stock runs low?
Yes. Low-stock and out-of-stock notifications appear in the back office based on the thresholds you set.
