How does Orixya handle sizes and colors?

Every product can have size and color variants, and stock is tracked per variant in every store and warehouse. Each RFID tag is tied to one variant, so a count tells you exactly which sizes and colors are on the floor. Low-stock alerts fire per size and color, so you reorder before the gap reaches a customer.

How do RFID counts work in a clothing store?

Each item carries a UHF RFID tag. Staff sweep racks, shelves and the stock room with a UHF RFID handheld reader, which reads many tags at once without line of sight. Orixya compares what was read with what should be there and lists missing, extra and misplaced items for a one-step reconcile.

Can we keep our current POS or ERP?

Yes. Orixya can run as the RFID layer next to the system you already use: tagging, counts, receiving and gate reads happen in Orixya, and the results are exchanged with your POS or ERP through an API, webhooks or file exchange. The integration is scoped per project around the flows you need.

Can I run end-of-season sales and handle exchanges?

On the Orixya retail system, yes. You schedule a markdown campaign once, and while it runs the POS charges the sale price, the webstore shows it and receipts show the original price. Returns and exchanges go back into stock at item level and post the right accounting entries automatically.

Can I see real margin per product?

On the Orixya retail system, weighted average cost is kept for every item received through purchase orders and cost of goods sold posts with every sale. Because sales, returns, discounts and purchases all post automatically to double-entry accounting, product and store margins come from the same ledger your accountant uses.

How does a two-store fashion retailer run on Orixya?

A two-store fashion retailer in Lebanon has run the full Orixya system live since July 2026. Their products are tagged with RFID, purchase orders are received by reading the cartons, checkout at the POS reads the tags and takes payment in more than one currency, stock is counted with a handheld, and the books post automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Is Orixya suitable for a single boutique?

Yes. Orixya works for a single store and grows to several stores and warehouses. A single boutique typically starts with one handheld reader and tags for its current stock.

Can I sell items that are not RFID-tagged?

Not at the Orixya POS yet. It is RFID-first: items sold at checkout must carry an RFID tag, and barcode-only checkout is not supported today. If you keep your own POS and use Orixya as the RFID layer, checkout stays as it is in your system.

Does Orixya include a webstore?

The Orixya retail system can power your own webstore selling from the same stock pool as your shops, so markdowns and stock levels stay consistent across channels.
