Does the POS handle US dollars and Lebanese lira?
Yes. At the Orixya POS a sale can be paid in USD, LBP or split across both as separate payment lines. Shift reports break sales down by currency, the drawer is counted at open and close, and every sale posts to double-entry accounting, so the day’s takings and the books line up.
Is the accounting ready for Lebanese VAT?
Orixya applies tax on every sale and purchase and posts it to separate VAT accounts in a double-entry ledger. Output and input VAT are summarized for your VAT return, and your accountant gets journals, a trial balance and financial reports straight from the system instead of rebuilding them from receipts.
Can we keep our current Lebanese POS or accounting software?
Yes. If you are happy with your current system, Orixya can run as the RFID layer beside it: tagging, stock counts and receiving happen in Orixya, and the results are exchanged with your software through an API, webhooks or file exchange, scoped per project.
Who sets it up and supports us?
The Orixya team is based in Beirut. We walk your store, plan the tagging, set up readers and train your staff on-site in Beirut and Mount Lebanon. After go-live, support is by phone and WhatsApp from the same team that builds the product.
Which language is the interface in?
The Orixya interface is in English today; an Arabic interface is not available yet. Setup and staff training are done in person by our Beirut team, so your cashiers and stock staff learn the screens on their own devices before go-live.

Yes. Prices are set in your base currency and customers can pay in USD, LBP or a split of both at the Orixya POS.
