Orixya is priced on request because every business needs a different mix. You can take the RFID layer on its own and connect it to your current system, or run the full Orixya retail system. The price then depends on locations, handheld readers, fixed readers or gates, tag volumes, any integration work and onboarding. Book a free demo for a written quote.

What drives the price of Orixya?
First, which software you need: the RFID layer connected to your system, or the full Orixya retail system. Then the number of locations, handheld readers, whether you add fixed readers or RFID gates, how many items you tag, how you print labels, and any integration with your system. Onboarding is quoted with the rest.

Can we buy only the RFID part?
Yes. Keep the ERP, POS or warehouse system you already use. Orixya adds the RFID layer (tagging, readers, gates, counts) and exchanges data with your system through an API, webhooks or file exchange, scoped per project. You pay for the RFID layer, the hardware and the integration work, not for modules you do not use.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. A pilot can be arranged so you can run Orixya in one location, or on one flow, before committing to a full rollout. We agree the scope, hardware and duration with you, and the pilot runs on the same software and hardware as a full deployment.
How do I get a quote?
Book a free demo. We look at your locations, item counts, current system and process, then send a written quote that lists software, integration, hardware, tags and onboarding separately, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

Is there a free trial?
We offer a free demo, on-site in Lebanon or online. If you want to run Orixya before committing, ask us about a pilot.
Do I have to buy fixed readers or gates?
No. Fixed readers and gates are optional. Many businesses start with handheld readers only and add fixed read points later.
Can I use my own RFID tags or readers?
Often yes, if they are standard UHF RAIN RFID hardware suited to your products. We check them during the demo.
Is hardware included in the subscription?
Hardware and tags are quoted separately from the software subscription, so you can see each cost clearly.
