What are the two ways to use Orixya?
The first is integration: Orixya adds item-level RFID tracking and exchanges data with the system you already use, which stays your record for orders and accounts. The second is the all-in-one option: Orixya’s own retail system runs your POS, stock, purchasing, accounting and CRM, with RFID built into every workflow. Both use the same readers, tags and RFID software.

What does the Orixya platform include?
The RFID side covers tag printing and encoding, a handheld app for counts, locate, receiving and dispatch, fixed readers and RFID gates, and tag-accurate stock counts. The retail system adds a multi-currency point of sale, variant-level inventory across stores and warehouses, purchasing, sales orders, double-entry accounting, CRM and dashboards.

What does RFID-native mean?
RFID-native means the software understands individual tagged items, not just product quantities. Each item carries a tag with a unique identifier, linked to its product and variant. Receiving, transfers, counts, dispatch and checkout all work from tag reads, so Orixya knows which exact pieces are in which location, whether that data then feeds your system or Orixya’s own.
Who is Orixya built for?
Orixya is built for retailers, especially fashion and apparel stores with one or more shops and a stock room or warehouse, and for warehouse and logistics operators that need item-level tracking. Businesses with a system they want to keep use the integration route; those without one run on Orixya.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to replace our current system to use Orixya?
No. Orixya can connect its RFID layer to your existing ERP, POS or warehouse system. Replacing it with Orixya’s retail system is an option, not a requirement.
Is Orixya cloud software?
Yes. The back office runs in the browser and the handheld app runs on Android UHF RFID readers. Both connect to the same Orixya server over the internet.
Which RFID hardware does Orixya work with?
Standard UHF RAIN RFID hardware: handheld readers, fixed readers, RFID gates and RFID label printer-encoders. We help you choose hardware for your site.
What does Orixya not do yet?
In the Orixya retail system, barcode-only checkout is not supported (items sold at the POS need an RFID tag) and the interface is in English only today.
